On
25 September 2023, I submitted a petition for review under
cassation procedure of Court Judgment No. 325/2022/HS-ST (dated 30 August 2022
by the Hanoi Municipal People’s Court) to the Hanoi-based High People’s
Court, Vietnam.
On 2 January 2024, I approached the High People’s Court to ask them about the petition. The receptionist handed me a “Notice of Petition Transfer” No. 1994/PC-TACC dated 25 September 2023, informing me of the transfer of my petition to the Supreme People’s Court for review and settlement as per its jurisdiction.
